These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you",your") and o3309 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://o3309.cam and all associated services, including casino games, sports betting, payment processing, promotional offers and customer support.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

3.1 Minimum Age

Registration and use of the o3309 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. This requirement applies to all users regardless of nationality or country of residence. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 will be closed immediately, all balances forfeited and relevant information reported as required by applicable obligations.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by statute. 3.3 Single Account Policy

Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, identity document, device, payment method or IP address — constitutes a breach of these Terms. Where multiple accounts are detected, o3309 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, withold pending withdrawals and retain bonus balances.

3.4 Accurate Registration Information

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and current. You must notify o3309 promptly if any registered details change. Providing false, misleading or unverifiable information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

4.1 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. o3309 strongly recommends using a unique, complex password and enabling any available two-factor authentication. You must not share your account credentials with any third party.

4.2 Notification of Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation or that your credentials have been compromised, you must contact o3309 immediately at [email protected]. o3309 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

4.3 Account Ownership

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign or pledge your o3309 account or any portion of your account balance to any other person. Any such transfer or assignment will be void and may result in account closure.

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

o3309 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including before processing withdrawals, following a significant change in account activity, or in response to a compliance obligation. Acceptable documents include government-issued photo identification (such as a Malaysian identity card or passport) and proof of address. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the stipulated timeframe may be suspended.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

o3309 supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Malaysian adults, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u (Maybank), CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, DuitNow and FPX. Cryptocurrency deposits including USDT TRC20 are also supported subject to current availability. Available methods may change without prior notice.

5.2 Deposit Currency and Limits

Deposits are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) for Malaysian users, with cryptocurrency deposits converted at the applicable rate at the time of credit. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the o3309 cashier at the time of transaction. All funds deposited must originate from an account or wallet held in your own verified name.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed after identity verification has been completed and any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been met. Indicative processing times are: e-walets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) under 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers 5–15 minutes; direct bank wire15–60 minutes. These are service targets, not guarantees. Processing may be delayed by banking maintenance, additional verification requirements or technical issues.

5.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability. o3309 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal above defined thresholds. Winings generated solely from bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering

All transactions are subject to anti-money laundering checks. o3309 will report suspicious transactions as required by applicable law. Any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from a legitimate personal source may be held pending investigation. Attempted manipulation of payment flows, including depositing and withdrawing without genuine gambling activity, constitutes a prohibited act under these Terms.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

For example, a bonus of RM100 with a 20x wagering requirement requires total wagers of RM2,000 before withdrawal eligibility applies to bonus-derived winnings.

6.3 Game Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots and sports bets may carry different contribution rates. The applicable contribution schedule for each promotion is published alongside the individual offer. Wagers placed on excluded games do not count towards wagering completion.

6.4 Minimum Deposit Requirements

6.5 Bonus Expiry

Strategies designed to take advantage of promotional offers without genuine gambling intent — including systematic low-risk wagering, coordinated multi-account play or the exploitation of offer stacking — constitute bonus abuse. o3309 reserves the right to void bonuses, withold associated winnings and close accounts where abuse is identified.

7.1 Nature of Gambling Services

Gambling outcomes on o3309 — whether in casino games, slots, live tables or sports betting — are determined by chance, independent game mechanics or real-world sporting results. No outcome is guaranteed. Past results have no predictive value for future results. Return-to-player (RTP) rates, where published, represent theoretical long-run averages across many rounds and do not guarantee individual session performance.

7.2 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets are subject to the specific rules published for each market. o3309 covers major competitions including theEnglish Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, international football fixtures, UFC and other global events. Bet settlement follows official results from designated authorities. o3309 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances of clear error, incomplete events or verified data feed failure.

7.3 Game Rules

Each casino game has rules displayed within the game interface. Users are responsible for reading and understanding game rules before wagering. o3309 is not responsible for losses resulting from a user's misunderstanding of game mechanics.

7.4 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game or bet — including disconnection, server error or game interruption — o3309 reserves the right to void any affected round and return the wager to the user's balance. The platform's decision in such circumstances is final.

• Underage access: Attempting to access or use the Platform by any person under 21 years of age, or registering on behalf of such a person.
• Identity fraud: Providing false identity information, using another person's identity documents or impersonating another user.
• Multiple accounts: Creating more than one account per individual, whether under the same or different identifying information.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sports market.
• Software exploitation: Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in a manner not available to ordinary users.
• Bonus abuse: Engaging in wagering patterns designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gambling intent, or exploiting promotional mechanics across multiple accounts.
• Chargeback fraud: Initiating a payment reversal or chargeback for deposits that have been used for genuine gambling activity.
• Money laundering: Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform to process, layer or integrate illicit funds.
• Harassment: Using Platform communication features to harass, threaten, abuse or intimidate other users or o3309 staff.
• Circumvention of controls: Using VPN services, proxy servers or other technical means to access the Platform from a prohibited jurisdiction or to bypass Platform security measures.

All content on the o3309 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, game presentations, software and data structures, is the intellectual property of o3309 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, scrape, frame or commercially exploit any Platform content or features without prior written consent from o3309.

10.1 Gambling Losses

Gambling inherently involves the risk of financial loss. o3309 accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred through lawful use of the Platform. Users acknowledge that they choose to gamble voluntarily and accept all financial risk associated with that choice.

10.2 Platform Availability

o3309 does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, unforeseen technical issues or third-party service interruptions (including payment processor downtime) may affect Platform availability. o3309 is not liable for any losses resulting from Platform unavailability.

10.3 Indirect Losses

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, o3309 excludes liability for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of expected winings, loss of data or reputational harm.

10.4 Third-Party Payment Services

o3309 is not responsible for delays, errors or failures caused by third-party payment processors, including Malaysian banks, e-wallet providers (such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost and GrabPay) or cryptocurrency networks. Transaction issues caused by third-party systems should be reported to o3309, which will assist where possible but cannot guarantee resolution timelines.

11.1 Termination by o3309

o3309 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if account closure is required for compliance reasons.

11.2 Consequences of Termination

Upon termination for breach, any remaining real-money balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where funds are ultimately determined to have been deposited legitimately and without associated fraud or bonus abuse, o3309 will endeavour to return the net deposit balance after deducting applicable costs. Bonus balances are forfeited in all termination scenarios.

11.3 Termination by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting o3309 at [email protected]. Prior to closure, all pending wagering requirements must be reviewed, and any remaining real-money balance after completion of outstanding obligations will be refunded to your last verified payment method.

11.4 Self-Exclusion

If you wish to exclude yourself from the Platform for responsible gambling reasons, please contact o3309 support. Self-exclusion requests will be actioned promptly. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which o3309 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through direct correspondence with o3309 support shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules applicable under the governing jurisdiction's legal framework.

Where local mandatory consumer protection laws in Malaysia provide rights that cannot be waived by contract, those rights are preserved. However, to the extent permitted by law, Malaysian courts do not have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from your use of o3309.

o3309 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, o3309 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice through a platform notification or by email to the address registered on your account. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. If you do not accept amended Terms, you should cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
